Turn on Water, Run and Inspect all Zones, Adjust Sprinklers, Identify and Flag Repairs, Set Controller for Spring/Early Summer Watering Schedule and Leave Controller in OFF Position with rain-sensor active (if applicable), unless otherwise instructed by Property Owner. Standard/Necessary repairs will be made on a time and material basis at time of Start-Up, Major repairs will be made with the approval of the Customer.
